You may cancel your order or withdraw from the purchase of our products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of your order or receipt of your order or from the day you received our last product (in the case of multiple products ordered from you with one order and we delivered them to you separately).

In order to exercise the right to cancel an order before receiving it, send a text message to eshop@dromeas.gr and contact us by phone for confirmation (Urban unit charge for landline calls at 801 11 96000 and for mobile calls at 23210 99220).

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must, before the expiration of the relevant period, communicate your intention in writing by filling in the withdrawal form which is posted.

In case of cancellation of an order on time and as long as you have deposited a proven amount of money for the order, you are entitled to receive from DROMEAS SA the amount of money that you may have paid for the product you ordered. The amount will be credited after 14 (fourteen) working days from the cancellation of the order or the withdrawal, or from the date that this amount will have been received by DROMEAS SA, (the later of the two dates is taken into account).

We clarify that any reservations imposed by your bank or credit card, or Paypal are charged to you and are not refunded by DROMEAS SA.

By law, no later than 14 calendar days from the day you notified us of your decision with the withdrawal form, you must return our products to us at your own expense, which must be in the condition they were received by you, complete and undamaged, together with all the documents that accompanied the product (MA, Invoice, Retail Receipt).

In case of timely withdrawal and as long as you have deposited a proven amount of money for the order, you are entitled to receive from DROMEAS SA the entire amount of money, minus the reservations imposed by the bank, Paypal or your credit card, which are charged to you and not are returned by DROMEAS SA. The amount will be credited after 14 (fourteen) working days from when we receive the returned products, provided that they have been returned in perfect condition as stated in the previous paragraph.
