The website eshop.dromeas.gr (hereinafter "Electronic Store") is the online store of the Greek joint-stock company with the name "PAPAPANAGIOTOU Anonymous Industrial Trading and Representation Company" and with the distinctive title DROMEAS SA based in the Industrial Area of Serres, with TIN 094104476/D.O.Y. Serres and G.E.MI. number 114048152000, tel. 23210-99220, www.dromeas.gr. DROMEAS SA complies with all applicable provisions of laws and circulars regarding distance contracts. Visiting and using the Online Store automatically implies acceptance of these Terms of Use. In case of disagreement with the following terms and conditions, the visitor must not use the Online Store. DROMEAS SA reserves the right to unilaterally modify, add, change or renew the content or services of the Online Store, as well as the terms of use, whenever it deems it necessary and without prior warning, with only their announcement via the Online Store.
Online Store Products
Through the online store, office furniture and related products (hereinafter "products") of DROMEAS SA stores are available for sale at preferential prices compared to the stores. Online Store prices are only valid for orders through it. There may be deviations, for technical reasons, in the photos of the presented products (e.g. shades). The presentation for sale of products and services on the website has the character of an invitation to users to submit a contract proposal. By placing the order in the Online Store, DROMEAS SA commits to the availability and adequacy of the products of the order and their shipment, according to the other more specific conditions. In cases of refusal to receive or inability to deliver the products for reasons beyond its fault, DROMEAS SA has the right to charge the buyer with their storage-management costs in its warehouses. Also, the company reserves the right to cancel the order in case the products remain in its warehouses for more than 40 days and to set off any amount received against the costs arising from this order.
Limitation of liability of DROMEAS SA
DROMEAS SA offers the products of the Online Store for sale in accordance with these terms of use and the applicable legislation. DROMEAS SA is not responsible for any damages or losses that may be caused to customers and/or users of the Online Store, beyond the obligation to return, correct or replace products as defined in the subpages of this website. DROMEAS SA is not responsible for any form of damage (positive, special or cumulative, which indicatively and not restrictively, disjunctively and/or cumulatively consists of loss of profits, data, lost profits, monetary satisfaction, etc.) suffered by the visitor/user of the Online Store or a third party for a reason related to the operation or use of its services, pages, services, options and contents and/or with the inability to provide services and/or information available from it and/or with any unauthorized interventions by third parties in products and/or services and/or information available through it. The above causes include possible errors or omissions during the electronic registration of the information provided (prices, product characteristics, etc.), as well as errors, omissions or technical reasons of any kind, which affect or suspend for a reasonable period of time the operation of the Online Store and/or of his services. DROMEAS SA bears no responsibility, in cases of faulty operation of the Online Store or in general failure or faulty provision of its services due to random events or reasons of force majeure or reasons caused by the fault of other entities. DROMEAS SA reserves the right to add, remove or other modifications to the Online Store and to the information and/or services provided through it, as well as changes to the information search methods, at its absolute discretion. DROMEAS SA takes all appropriate measures so that access to the Online Store and its services is, as far as possible, continuous and uninterrupted. However, it reserves its reasonable right to interrupt the operation of the Online Store and/or the individual services to carry out system maintenance without prior notification to the user.
Intellectual and industrial property rights
The content and services of the Online Store, the images, graphics, photographs, any plans, texts and generally all its files, constitute intellectual property, distinctive features and registered trademarks and/or service marks of DROMEAS SA and are protected according to the relevant provisions of the current legislation, and are made available to its users strictly for personal (non-commercial or profit-making) use. None of them may be partially or fully sold, copied, modified, reproduced, republished or "uploaded", transmitted or distributed in any way, without the prior written permission of DROMEAS SA. The names, images, logos and distinguishing features representing DROMEAS SA or third parties and their products or services are exclusive trademarks of DROMEAS SA or third parties, protected by relevant trademark laws. Their appearance in the Online Store should in no way be understood as a transfer or assignment of a license or right to use them.
Visitor/user responsibility
The use of the Online Store must be done exclusively for legal purposes and in a way that does not limit or prevent its use by third parties. The visitor is obliged to use the Online Store in accordance with the law, good manners and the present conditions, and not to perform actions or omissions that can cause damage or malfunction to him, affect or endanger the provision of services from DROMEAS SA. The visitor/user of the Online Store assumes responsibility for any damage caused to DROMEAS SA by bad, illegal or unfair use of the relevant services. Links to the Online Store are only allowed to its main page and not to the other pages, unless there is an express agreement to the contrary between DROMEAS SA and the entity referring to it.
Submit an order
Orders must be received through the Online Store by completing and sending the relevant Order Form. Product prices include VAT. DROMEAS SA reserves the right to change the prices without notice without affecting the prices of already registered orders. When submitting the order, the customer is given the opportunity to choose whether the document to be issued for the order will be a retail sales receipt or a sales invoice. An invoice is issued to companies and self-employed professionals if they fill in the following information during their order: Company name, TIN, Tax Authority, Head office and delivery address and profession. Any changes to the billing information can be made until the delivery date is finalized by the shipping department. In case you fall under a special VAT regime and you want us to issue an invoice, you should send us by fax to 2321099270. or by message the start of the claim (scanned in an attachment) to eshop@dromeas.gr, in which it appears that the address is at reduced VAT area.
As soon as we receive the start of the claim we will credit your account with the VAT difference. The credit will be made to your bank account or credit card depending on the payment method you have chosen.
Right to cancel order and right of withdrawal
Every customer of the Online Store has the right, in accordance with the applicable legislation, to cancel the order within three (3) calendar days from the date of its completion, without any charge or to withdraw from the sale without reason, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the products.
Applicable Law and Other Terms
Any provision of the above terms that becomes contrary to the law, automatically ceases to be valid and is removed from this, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms. Any concession, granting of a deadline or non-application of one or more of these Terms on the part of DROMEAS SA cannot be interpreted as a waiver, temporary or final, partial or total, of any right or claim arising from them or from the law. This Agreement will be governed by European and Greek Law.
