The joint-stock company with the name "PAPAPANAGIOTOU SA" and the distinctive title "DROMEAS SA ", based in Industrial area of Serres (TIN: 094104476), collects your personal data directly from you and/or from publicly accessible sources. These data are in the first case what you communicated to us and in the second case your name and contact details. Their processing by us aims to:
• Handling communication with the customer/user
• The fulfillment of the terms and obligations of the services provided through the Online Store
• Customer/user support and service
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the Online Store and
• Informing customers/users about new offers of services and products of DROMEAS SA
In general, data processing is limited to sending commercial information and, in the case of transactions, to our legal obligations (e.g. issuing invoices, maintaining tax information, etc.) or to support you after purchasing our products. Requests under c), d) and e) may not be partially or fully satisfied, if there is a legal interest or obligation of our company (eg performance of a contract).

Our company implements appropriate organizational and technical measures for the security of your data, ensuring its privacy, its processing and its protection against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, prohibited dissemination or access and any other form of unlawful processing.
This update replaces any other previous general information about the processing of your personal data.
