The dispatch of your order takes place within 6 weeks from the day of confirmation of your order, (upon confirmation of the order you receive a relevant e-mail, which informs you that the order is in progress). The furniture-seats are delivered unassembled with assembly instructions inside the package.
The ways of sending the orders are:
1. Delivery to a Store
You can pick up your orders free of charge from DROMEAS SA company stores.
When the order is ready, you will receive an e-mail that will inform you of the date of receipt of the order, the store and its address information.
Athens store
Pick up time:
Wednesday and Saturday: 09.30-14.30
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 14.30-19.30
Thessaloniki store
Pick up time:
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Friday: 09.00-16.00
Thursday: 9.00-20.00
Saturday: 10.00- 12.00
Receipts from Melenikou's store only by appointment.
Serres store
Pick up time:
Monday until Friday
After contacting the e-shop department.
2. Shipping with a Partner Carrier
The shipment of your order is carried out by a cooperating transport company. Delivery is made to the address you stated in the delivery details. Orders are delivered on the floor, for the prefectures of Attica and Thessaloniki, and on the sidewalk in the rest of Greece.
When your order is ready, we will sent you an e-mail with the Tracking Number & and a link to track your order.
3. Delivery & Assembly by Our Company
For the prefectures of Attica (except islands), Thessaloniki and Serres:
Free delivery and assembly for orders over €800 net value (+VAT).
For orders under €800 net value (+VAT) charge €45 (+VAT)
For the rest of the prefectures including the islands of Attica, you can ask us for a quote. To request a quote, you can either send us an e-mail to eshop@dromeas.gr or contact us by phone (Urban unit charge for landline calls at 801 11 96000 and for mobile calls at 23210 99220).
